    I’ve been using this stuff for a while now to make dieting less bland. I use it with a bunch of different things but primarily fat-free Greek yogurt and cranberry juice. Greek yogurt for breakfast and a large glass of cranberry juice after dinner so I don’t feel the need to snack in the evening. If I do snack, I just eat some raw cranberries or more Greek yogurt. Ultimately, it’s undeniable that the stuff has helped me to live healthier. Whether or not there’s a correlation, I feel healthier too. It’s easier to work out when you know you’re already eating healthy. Wozi is just a little something to make the entire process a little bit easier and it works for me.
